Being a long, skinny, tall kid, similar to my friend, the giraffe, I found a new appreciation for these majestic and beautiful giants! When I started this piece I was aiming for a more abstract and “unrealistic” perspective of a giraffe but as it progressed and after hours of working on it it started really coming to life so I tightened up my process and got a little more detail oriented. I love the way it came out!

This piece is 11″ wide by 14″ tall.
