I had been wanting to do some sort of tribute painting for Australia ever since I first heard about the country wide devastation from the horrific wildfires burning and luckily I was able to produce this little guy!

Although this koala is surrounded by darkness and devastation it has a strong grasp on a bright and beautifully blossomed sunflower which is meant to represent the hope and survival that Australia has as a whole. ❤️
